Creating custom products online can be a little scary.

You don’t know if the products will arrive on time, or whether they will be what you expect.  Most customized products are not guaranteed, but Just Jen wants to make sure that our customers are happy.

We create only high-quality products and deliver them on-time.   The custom product that you receive will match what you entered online, or we will replace or refund your order.  If the custom products you receive differ materially from your order, or are flawed in materials, then we will repair or replace them, and we will pay for the return shipping.

Please contact Just Jen for a return authorization prior to returning products to us.
